I forgot my passcode

Blank cannot reset it, because your data is encrypted with keys only your phone holds. If you turned on backup, delete Blank, install it again, and choose Restore from Backup in Settings with your 12 recovery words.

I have a new phone

Install Blank, open the Blank+ screen, and tap Restore to bring back your subscription. Then restore your backup in Settings with your recovery words.

How do I cancel Blank+?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Blank.

Pages don’t load with the private network on

Turn the private network off and on again in Blank, or pick the other location. If pages still don’t load, write to us and say which location you use.

An address gets spam

Open the address in the Inbox and turn off Receive Mail. Mail sent to it is refused from then on.

Why can’t I download from some sites?

Blank does not download from streaming services such as YouTube, Netflix, or Spotify, whose terms don’t allow it.
